By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Access to the Morrencove platform is subject to approval following a structured access request. Morrencove reserves the right to approve or decline access requests at its discretion. Approved users may access the platform solely for the purposes described during the access request process.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software and materials on the Morrencove website and platform are owned by or licensed to Morrencove Digital Limited. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute any part of these materials without our prior written permission.

4. Platform Outputs

The Morrencove platform generates structured insights and automated outputs based on data you provide or that is processed by the platform. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only. Morrencove does not make representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any output for any particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Morrencove Digital Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform or website. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Morrencove, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Availability

Morrencove makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functional. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the platform or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Morrencove platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
